We create capital plans (including depreciation reports or reserve studies) including 25 years cash-flow projections for your properties. Our prices start from $1000 per property.

BUDGETING

Whether simple or complex, we will prepare institutional-grade budgets for any type of assets including CAM reconciliation. Our prices range from $200 to $1,500 per budget.

COI MANAGEMENT

We will track and manage all your COIs for your tenants and vendors. Our prices range from $25 to $30 per COI.

BUILDING OPERATIONS

We offer comprehensive services for maintenance, work orders, building equipment, and more. Our services include creating Maintenance Plans, Equipment Lists and Managing all aspects of Building Operations. Prices range from $50 to $1000 per property.

BACK OFFICE TENANT MANAGEMENT

We provide tenant interaction management services, handling all interactions with your tenants. Our prices rage from $50 to $250 per property per month.

REAL ESTATE ACCOUNTING

We offer a range of services, including AP Processing, Year-end reconciliations, expense analysis, reporting, and more.

YARDI Consulting and Support

If you operate your business using Yardi, we would like to be your partner. Our pricing ranges from $110 to $125 per hour.
